VERISUM vs Spanish energy certificate
The Spanish energy performance certificate (CEE) is an administrative document regulated by Royal Decree 390/2021 that rates the property's energy efficiency. VERISUM is a non-destructive visual technical inspection of the observable condition. They are different, complementary services.
